(ENG) A space to understand what you’re going through and why, and to find tools you can start using from the very first session. We can work together on anxiety, stress, migration grief, work-related exhaustion, or any time in your life when you feel you need support to move forward. I adapt the approach to your pace and your goals, not the other way around.
(ESP) Un espacio para entender qué te pasa y por qué, y para encontrar herramientas que puedas aplicar desde la primera sesión. Trabajamos juntas la ansiedad, el estrés, el duelo migratorio, el desgaste laboral o cualquier momento en el que sientas que necesitas apoyo para avanzar. Adapto el enfoque a tu ritmo y a tus objetivos, no al revés.

Before your first session: Please book your session first, and then get in touch with me to confirm availability.
Online sessions: Sessions are online by default, to offer the flexibility we often need in our day-to-day lives. If you prefer an in-person session, just let me know and we’ll find an option that works for you.
Session fees: 1,100 DKK.
In-person sessions: If you would like to meet in person, please let me know in advance. Otherwise, the session will take place online.
Cancellations: I require at least 24 hours’ notice. Changes or cancellations made with less notice will be charged in full.

Antes de tu primera sesión: Realiza la reserva y después escríbeme para confirmar la disponibilidad.
Sesiones online: Las sesiones son online por defecto, pensando en la flexibilidad que necesitamos en nuestro día a día. Si prefieres el formato presencial, solo dímelo y buscamos la manera.
Tarifas sesiones online: 1100 DKK.
Sesiones presenciales: Si quieres que nos veamos en persona, necesito que me avises con antelación, de otra manera la sesión se hará online.
Cancelaciones: Necesito un mínimo de 24h de aviso. Los cambios o cancelaciones con menos antelación se cobran al 100%.
