Depending on how you contact me, I may receive your name, email address, telephone number and the content of any message you choose to write in the contact form.

Online bookings require your name, email address and telephone number.

During the therapeutic process, I may process information necessary to provide the service. Please avoid sending medical information, diagnoses or other particularly sensitive information through the free-text contact form before a professional relationship has been established.

How I use your information

I use personal data only when necessary to manage enquiries, bookings, communications relating to sessions, the provision of services and applicable legal or administrative obligations.

I do not use patient data for newsletters, advertising or direct marketing. I do not sell, rent or disclose personal data for commercial purposes.

Session notes

During treatment, I may keep professional notes on paper. These notes are kept while treatment is ongoing and, once treatment has ended, are securely destroyed by shredding, subject to any applicable legal requirements.

Online sessions are not recorded.

Contact forms and enquiries

Messages sent through the contact form are received at info@sheilahernandez.net. Enquiries from people who do not become patients are deleted after 7 days, once they are no longer needed.

Email and telephone details are used to manage appointments and communicate with you about your care. They are not used for newsletters or advertising.

Bookings and invoicing

The website allows online appointment bookings. The booking system asks for your name, email address and telephone number. Appointment confirmation is sent manually by email.

Invoices or receipts are prepared manually and provided on paper. A copy is retained for tax and accounting obligations for the legally required period.

Under applicable data protection rules, you may have rights concerning the personal data I process, including rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and objection where applicable.
