We get to know each other
We work on what you need
We move at your pace
In the first sessions we create a safe space to get to know each other and understand what you are going through.
Together we define the goals and work with tools adapted to you.
We review your progress and adjust the therapy. There is no fixed length: it depends on what you bring and on your goals.
Areas of support
You can come with a specific issue, or with the feeling that something is not right without quite knowing what. I support people with, among other things:
Anxiety and stress
Burnout, work changes and work stress
Migration grief
Managing everyday overload, intrusive thoughts and tension built up in the body.
Deep professional exhaustion, disconnection and recovering energy and meaning.
Adapting to life in another country, loneliness, rebuilding identity and putting down roots in Denmark.
Self-esteem and
self-knowledge
Life changes and transitions
Relationships: partner, friends and family
Recurring difficulty saying no, excessive self-demand and building inner confidence.
Coping with a move, a career transition, a separation or an emotional breakup.
Understanding relational dynamics that repeat with a partner, family or those close to you.

How I work
I work from an integrative approach.
I combine tools from cognitive-behavioural therapy, which helps identify and transform the thoughts that trap us; a humanistic approach, which puts your experience and your pace at the centre; and mindfulness practices, to learn to be present when everything feels heavy.
I adapt the tools to what you need, not the other way around.
