Therapy for self-esteem and self-knowledge in Copenhagen

Self-esteem is the way you value and treat yourself, and self-knowledge is knowing what you feel, what you need and what matters to you. When either of them falters, it usually shows in how you talk to yourself, in what you tolerate and in the decisions you make. In therapy you can work on both, in Spanish or English, online or in person in Copenhagen.

Methodology

How I work with self-esteem and self-knowledge

We work so that you can better understand your emotions, identify the thoughts and behaviours that may be affecting you, strengthen your self-esteem and confidence, and clarify what you need, want and value at this stage of your life. I combine tools from cognitive-behavioural therapy, a humanistic approach and mindfulness practices, at your pace and without judgement.

International life

Self-esteem and living in another country

When you live in another language and another culture, it is common to find it hard to express yourself with all your nuances and for your points of reference to no longer fully work, and that can affect how you see yourself. If you recognise yourself in this, you can also read about migration grief.
