Methodology
How I work with changes and transitions
We explore what is changing, what you are leaving behind and what you want to build. I support you in clarifying what you need, want and value at this stage of your life and in developing tools to deal with difficult moments and periods of change. We do it at your pace, without rushing and without deciding for you.
