Every therapeutic journey is different, which is why I offer different formats to support you where and how you need it

What can you gain from therapy?

Therapy is a space to better understand what you’re going through, reconnect with yourself, and develop resources that can help you face difficulties with greater clarity and wellbeing.

Throughout the therapeutic process, you may work on areas such as:

  • Understanding and managing your emotions more effectively.

  • Identifying thought and behaviour patterns that may be affecting you.

  • Strengthening your self-esteem and confidence.

  • Learning to set boundaries and express your needs in a healthy way.

  • Developing tools to cope with difficult moments and periods of change.

  • Improving your relationship with yourself and with others.

  • Understanding and transforming recurring patterns in your relationships.

  • Gaining clarity about what you need, want, and value at this stage of your life.

  • Fostering a greater sense of balance, alignment, and personal wellbeing.

Every therapeutic journey is different. That’s why I adapt therapy to your needs, circumstances, and goals, integrating different psychological tools and approaches to offer you personalised support.

Rather than giving you ready-made answers, the aim is to help you better understand yourself, develop your own resources, and move towards a life that feels more aligned with who you are and what you need

We get to know each other

We work on what you need

We move at your pace

In the first few sessions, we’ll create a safe space to get to know each other, understand what you’re going through, and explore what has led you to seek psychological support.

Together, we’ll define the goals of therapy and work on what you want to understand, change, or improve, incorporating tools that are adapted to you and your process.

Throughout the process, we’ll review your progress and adjust the therapy according to your needs, so you can integrate the changes and develop resources that can support you beyond the sessions.

FAQs

Can I book an in-person session?

Yes. Sessions are online by default, but if you prefer or need an in-person session, just get in touch and we can find the best option based on availability.

Is what we discuss in sessions confidential?

Yes. Everything you share during therapy is protected by professional confidentiality.

How do online sessions work?

Once your appointment is confirmed, I’ll send you a Google Meet link so you can join from wherever is most convenient for you, without needing to install anything.

What type of therapy do you use?

I work from an integrative approach, combining tools from cognitive behavioural therapy, the humanistic approach, and mindfulness practices, adapting the techniques to what each person needs at each stage of their process.

How long does therapy take?

There is no fixed duration: it depends on what brings you to therapy and on your goals. Some processes focus on a specific situation and last a few weeks, while others involve longer-term support. We’ll review this together as we go, without rushing and without extending the process longer than necessary.

What languages are sessions available in?

Sessions are available in both Spanish and English, depending on whichever feels more comfortable for you.

Shall we talk?

A place where you can feel heard, understood, and supported, closer than you might imagine.
