What can you gain from therapy?

Therapy is a space to better understand what is happening to you, connect with yourself and develop resources that help you face difficulties with greater clarity and well-being.

Throughout the therapeutic process, you can work on things such as:

  • Understanding and managing your emotions better.

  • Identifying patterns of thought and behaviour that may be affecting you.

  • Strengthening your self-esteem and your trust in yourself.

  • Learning to set boundaries and express your needs in a healthy way.

  • Developing tools to deal with difficult moments and situations of change.

  • Improving your relationship with yourself and with others.

Understanding and transforming patterns that repeat in your relationships.

  • Clarifying what you need, want and value at this stage of your life.

  • Fostering a greater sense of balance, coherence and personal well-being.

I can support you in individual therapy or in couples therapy.

Every process is also different. That is why I adapt therapy to your needs, circumstances and goals, integrating different tools and therapeutic approaches to support you in a personalised way.

Rather than giving you closed answers, the aim is for you to understand yourself better, develop your own resources and move towards a life more in line with who you are and what you need.

We get to know
each other

We work on what
you need

We move at your pace

In the first sessions we will create a safe space to get to know each other, understand what you are going through and explore what has led you to seek therapeutic support.

Together we will define the goals of therapy and work on what you want to understand, change or improve, bringing in tools adapted to you and your process.

Along the way we will review your progress and adjust the therapy to your needs, so you can integrate the changes and develop resources that also help you outside of sessions.

FAQs

Frequently asked questions

Can I book an in-person
session?

How do online sessions work?

Yes. Sessions are online by default, but if you prefer or need in-person sessions, write to me and we will find the best option together, depending on availability.

Once your appointment is confirmed, I will send you a Google Meet link so you can connect from wherever is most comfortable for you, with nothing to install. The individual session lasts 50 minutes and the couples session 90 minutes.

Is what we talk about in session confidential?

What type of therapy do you use?

In which languages do you offer sessions?

Yes. Everything you share in session is confidential.

I work from an integrative approach: I combine tools from cognitive-behavioural therapy, the humanistic approach and mindfulness practices, adapting the techniques to what each person needs at each moment of their process.

I can offer sessions in both Spanish and English, whichever you find more comfortable.

There is no fixed length: it depends on what you bring to therapy and on your goals. Some processes focus on a specific moment and last a few weeks; others are longer-term support. We will review it together along the way, without rushing and without making it longer than necessary.

How long does the therapeutic process last?

What is the difference between individual and couples therapy?

In individual therapy, you and I work on what concerns you. In couples therapy, I work with both people on communication and the conflicts that keep repeating between you.

How much does a session cost?

An individual session costs 1,100 DKK and lasts 50 minutes. A couples session costs 1,800 DKK and lasts 90 minutes.

What happens if I need to cancel an appointment?

I need at least 24 hours' notice. Changes or cancellations with less notice are charged at 100%.
